Fish are born from eggs. So, like chickens, they wouldn't have a belly button. I think it might be marks off for this deviation from realism, if'n the artists are unable to create empathy with creationists.

This is the first time I have ever seen a flounder with stubble and what I hope is a belly button. The animator here is obviously a talented closet musician and must come out! I enjot very much this fish singing.
